Yes. Sometimes it will be necessary to contact OSH directly, for example, if you and your employer cannot agree on a particular health and safety matter.

You should also let your employer know that if an OSH inspector comes on site that you would like to talk to them. This will be a good opportunity to build up a good working relationship with the OSH inspector and ask any questions you might have.
