The NZCTU is running a campaign for work/life balance called Get a Life! The campaign is about quality of life, and the impact that work can have on workers and their families. There is an increasing awareness in New Zealand that a balance between work and the rest of life, and addressing potential hazards of work like stress and fatigue, are an essential part of workers' health and safety.
